The Department of Energy and ENERGY STAR revenly released updated COVID-19 related guidance for benchmarking and certification. The new guidance takes into account what the building sciences say are the best way to operate buildings in order to reduce disease transmission: higher humidity, higher quality filters, maximized fresh air intake, etc. Read more here.
